"Ayako has been amazing to work with. I was quite nervous when I started my coaching sessions. Ayako was very welcoming and was easy to talk with. She always appeared invested in what I had to say and held space for me, which is new for me. I always walk away with a tool to help me going ahead, and with an intention to keep me on track when I don't feel well. I highly recommend Ayako as a coach, you won't be disappointed. I have noticed an incredible change since I started coaching with Ayako." - Sabrina Lee |
"Ayako's lived experience with loss and grief is what makes her coaching heart-centered and authentic. She created a safe space for me to share my own story and listened with deep compassion. She validated my feelings and asked questions that encouraged me to look at what I thought to be true through a different lens. I would recommend Ayako to anyone who is navigating grief. She is the person you want beside you every step of the way." |
